  1. Hi there – will you continue to update this blog regularly?

I just happened upon it a few days ago and I absolutely LOVE it! You are incredibly rigorous, insightful, and scientific. Your writing brings refreshing information to areas of fitness that I am highly interested in. I would be so disappointed to learn that you gave this blog up. It is literally one of the best educational resources regarding all kinds of training that I have ever found. Please keep it up!

    • Hi, Helena.

Thank you for the very kind words. I’m not planning on updating the site on a regular basis. Life is keeping me incredibly busy right now but I do hope to be able to start adding content in the future.

      • Thanks for letting me know. I’ll check in from time to time. I know how work and life can overwhelm you. 🙂 Looking forward to any updates, all the same.
